CHANGES/ REVISIONS
Any change or revision to the above stated scope of supply may lead to a variation in the price and the delivery
period. A change must not hold payment for work completed as per original contract.

ESCALATION CLAUSE
Prices are quoted as per prevailing market conditions; any change in material price can affect the quoted price.

SECTION 6:

ASSUMPTIONS, DEVIATIONS & EXCLUSIONS:

 50% Advance upon confirmed work order and before the supply of Steel Structure to site.
 45% on before supply of Structure to site

SECTION 10:

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Our delivery period is to be established from the date of receipt and acceptance of the following

(i) Signed contract

(ii) Down payment
(iii) Final change order
(iv) Singed final “Approval as noted” Approval Drawings
(v) Final change order

 21 working days for complete Project.

Any delay in above will result in a change to our delivery commitment.

SECTION 11:

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Other terms and conditions are as follows:

 It is customer’s responsibility to check the specifications of standard supplied items.

 It is costumer’s responsibility to provide electricity on site.
 Any delay / revision to the above stated section -9 may lead to a variation in the price and the delivery
period. A change must not hold payment for work completed as per original contract.
