Greetings!

This is to formally invite you as our participant in our research entitled LOCAL
GOVERNMENT UNITS’ READINESS ON THE FULL DEVOLUTION OF AGRICULTURE SERVICES:
DEVELOPING CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTIONS with the proponents Loraine Mae R.
Asuncion-Añasco, and Jolly Nelly A. Ejem-Mamon from Bukidnon State University.

The researchers intend to conduct this study in order to make a significant contribution
to the improvement of LGU and capacitate them in assuming their bigger roles brought by the
Mandanas Ruling. The result of this study could be utilized as reference on the improvements
of their capacity development agenda in pursuit of better delivery of the devolved services.

In this regard, we would like to request you to answer our questions during our
interviews in order for us to gather the needed data for our analysis. The information that you
will give will be of great help in the success of this study. Rest assured that your answers
will be kept confidential and will be used for this study only. Participants will not be
stigmatized if ever the result of this study would conclude to low level readiness on the
devolution of agricultural services.

Further, your participation in this study is voluntary. You may decline to answer any
question and you have the right to withdraw from participation at any time. If you agree to
participate, the interview will take approximately 1-2 hours of your time.
