 Event Organizer: THC-Magsanga Ultimate Officers
 Purpose: The Magsanga Ultimate Beach Tournament aims to build sportsmanship and
competitiveness and maintain the good spirit of this sport.

THC Ulitmate proposed inviting six teams with a minimum of 10 players from Region 8. Beach Ultimate is
played with 3 males and 2 females on the playground. We, the team THC-Magsanga Ultimate, are
proposing to host an event in line with the 2023 Magsanga Festival. Along with this proposal, we are
knocking on your hearts to support this event financially to shoulder this first-ever team’s annual
tournament. Your financial support will be used for the following purposes:
