B. COURSE DETAILS
Course Name: Physical Activities Towards Health – Fitness I
Course Description: The course offers the opportunity for an introduction to the fundamental principles, basic skills, and strategies of the game volleyball and
basketball which are team sports with stress on effective interaction of theory and actual playing through well-planned and relevant
instructional learning objectives, aptly chosen learning activities, and suitable means of evaluation.
