having sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am a Complainant in the complaint currently filed with the NLRC entitled XXXXXX vs.
XXXXX, with reference case number SEAD NO> NLRC-NCR-XX-XXXXX-23.

2. Pursuant to my authority in the aforementioned Complaint, I do hereby name,

constitute, and appoint Captain Martin Sanderson of ELS CONSULTANCY LTD. as my true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, for and in my name, place, and stead, to do any or all of the
following acts:

a. To represent as my legally-authorized representative in all communications with

my former employer, XXXXXXX, its Directors, Shareholders, Board Members,
Managers, employees, representatives, and legal counsel(s) pertaining to my
former employment therein;

b. To represent as my legally-authorized representative in all stages of any

proceedings in the National Conciliation and Mediation Board {NCMB),
department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and/or the National Labor
Relations Commission (NLRC), with authority to enter into compromise
agreements, simplification of issues, pleadings, amendment of pleadings,
stipulations and admissions of fact, discussions of procedures and pro-cesses,
and any and all other required representations, agreements, and discussions,
and to perform all acts necessary and/or proper in the foregoing premises and
other such matters as may arise therefrom;

c. To cause the preparation, on behalf of myself, of any Paper, Reply, Rejoinder,

Motion, Appeal, Petition, or any other appropriate pleading as may be required.

I do hereby grant to Captain Martin Sanderson of ELS CONSULTANCY LTD. full power
and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever required and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully for all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all my attorneys in fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of this present.
