SCENARIO. As the assigned engineer for Project LATOx2, your responsibility is to prepare a progress billing
for the construction of the Units in Building Ember, a 20-storey residential building. The project includes three
scopes: Structural works, Masonry Works, and Finishing works. Your task is to utilize the provided information
to complete the progress billing:

9F Finishing Works Scopes & Assumptions:


1. Balcony Railing – Total Cost for the whole floor: PHP 375,000.00
1.1. Each set of railings have the same weight in terms of cost regardless of length.
1.2. Each balcony has one(1) set of railings

2. Toilet & Bath Tiling – Total Cost for the whole floor: PHP 894,000.00
2.1. Each bathroom have the same weight in terms of cost regardless of size
