There are 4 kinds of admixtures in this certificate:
1.COnplast RP264 common retarding and water
reducing agent, recommended dosage of 0.3-0.8%
2.DYNAplas R 350BD ordinary retarding water
reducing agent, recommended dosage 0.1-2%
3.DYNAplas PC 5-21 superplasticizer recommended dosage
of 0.5-0.75%
4.The recommended dosage of DYNAplas SP-449F is 0.15-
2% Matters to consult:
1.What is the Purity of each admixture? Is it sugar
or lignin and sulfur salts?
Conplast sp 264 is based off of Ligninn and has
41-44% solids Dynaplas 350 BD is based off of Sodium Gluconate has 31 – 33% solids Dynaplas PC 521 is a Polycarboxylate 39-41% solids. Dynaplas SP 449F is Sulphonated Naphthalene Has 40% solids
2.Is there an effective retarding and water
reducing agent?
If you are trying to achieve both with one
admixture I would recommend the Conplast SP 423. (data sheet attached) 3.Is the third and fourth kind of highly effective water reducer with retarding effect?.
3 and 4 are High range water reducers however
they do not offer any retardation. We recommend they used in conjunction with Dynaplas 350BD or Conplast RP264
4.Is there a poly (suo) acid admixture? Is the third
DYNAplas PC 5-21 a polycarboxylic acid admixture? With or without retarding?
Dynaplas PC-521 Used Polycarboxylate Technology
and offers extremely High water reduction however there is no retardation
5.Can the first and second admixture be used in
6000Psi (40MPa) and above high grade concrete? Can the maximum 8000Psi (55PMa) water reduction capacity meet the target? What rate of water reduction can be achieved?
For 40MPA and 55Mpa Mixes I would recommend that
you use Dynaplas 350BD with Dynaplas PC 5-21. That will give desired water reduction to achieve such high strength concrete 6.If the contract is signed, is it possible to send technicians to the site laboratory to test and Material trial on site?Is technical support service available?(including compatibility, extension, water reduction rate, strength, determination of dosage, etc.)
SCL will provide on site dispensing equipment
along with Certified concrete technologists to assist in the Mix designs along with any troubleshooting or problems incurred.
7.What is the shelf life of the admixture?
1 year from date of manufacture
8. Will it rot because of the hot summer here?
What are the characteristics of rot?How to judge? Once stored properly and used within the shelf life they will not rot due to heat. However in the event of you will smell a distinctive Alcohol scent.
