• Observing, monitoring and recording pa ent’s condi ons by taking

temperature, pulse, respira on, weight and height.

• Communica on with pa ent, rela ves and carers.

• Assist with personal care tasks, and ac vi es of daily living such as

showering, toile ng, brushing of teeth and cleaning of dentures, li ing,
transferring and posi oning of pa ent and assis ng with oral, and NGT or
PEG feeding.

• Receiving new admission and taking vital signs, a end the hospital uniform
for pa ent, and taking bacterial swab test, such as MRSA and CRE, Elder Care
Bundle.

• Answer the Call Bell from pa ents and Assist in their needs.

and work together with sta nurses as a team.
