    Dear Sir,

    Good day! I would like to request a flexible working hours arrangement that is different to my current working
    hours.

    I am making this request because of my intention to further pursue my career as a Civil Engineer, and I’m planning
    to take the board exam this coming November. My current position as an Estimator in the Sales Service Department
    occasionally requires overtime, but it is not possible for me to take an evening review in Manila during the week, so
    I resolved to enroll in a weekend program beginning this September.

    I currently work on this regular prescribe office hours:


    (with Saturday)
    Monday – Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
    Saturday (8:00am-12-NN)

    (w/o Saturday)
    Monday – Thursday (8:00am-6:00pm)
    Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

    This is my proposed Office working hour arrangement:

    Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

    I will ensure that my work doesn’t get affected because of this slight change in time. I shall be highly obliged if you
