birth, such as having reproductive organs for female, male or intersex. Gender refers to how you identify yourself based on socially constructed characteristics or behavior of men and women. Gender may or may not be aligned to a person's sex. Others can identify themselves as no gender at all.

The types of gender identity are Transgender (Trans) - gender is not aligned with their assigned a sex. Agender - not having a gender or “lack of gender” and Non-Binary - people do not identify as a boy or girl. They can be both or neither.
