Notes
 Please uninstall the old clients and install the newly shared clients in the same order as
in this document
 Please add the newly shared hostnames in the host files of the workstation
 Please use the files from Prerequisites folder to install any prerequisites if prompted
 Please run all the client setups from an admin cmd prompt if running manually on each
workstation

Uninstallation & Installation Orders
Please follow the below sequence to uninstall existing Verint clients

1. Screen Capture Module

2. Playback

3. Desktop & Process Analytics Client

4. Desktop Messaging Client

5. Desktop Messaging Connection Manager

6. Desktop Resources Verint

Please follow the below sequence to Install the new Verint client modules

1. Desktop Resources Verint

2. Desktop Messaging Connection Manager

3. Desktop Messaging Client

4. DPA

5. Playback

6. Screen Capture Module

Install Desktop Resource
Open KB170060-Verint-15.2.5.31.msi from Desktop Resource folder

Click Run

Click Install

Accept the terms in the License Agreement and click Next

Click Finish when installation is completed

Install Desktop Messaging Connection Manager

Open KB170058-15.2.5.31.msi from Desktop Messaging Connection Manager folder

Click Run

Accept the terms in the License Agreement and click Next

Do not change the default installation path.

Click Next

Give the appropriate server names as per the screenshot below

Server Name: bein-cce-app1.beincce.local

Disaster Recovery Server Name: bein-cce-app2.beincce.local

Select Use HTTP

Check the box for Use Fully Qualified User Name

Click Next

Click Install

Click Finish when installation is completed

Open KB170059-15.2.5.31.msi from Desktop Messaging Client folder

Click Run

Click Next

Accept the terms in the License Agreement and click Next

Do not change the default installation path.

Select Use Client Auto-Start Registry Entry

Click Next

Click Install

Click Finish when installation is completed

Install DPA Client
MSMQ Feature has to be enabled before installing DPA Client (Turn Windows Feature on or off)

Please make sure to use 64 bit client on 64 bit windows operating system and 32 bit client on 32
bit windows operating system

Open KB171495-64-15.2.5.232.msi from DPA folder

Click Run

Select Install IE BHO Plugin

Open KB160154-15.2.0.300.msi from Playback folder

Click Run

From Desktop Applications, select Entire feature will be installed on local hard drive

Click Run
