 Procurement of lifting crane girders control panel an associated material.

 Designing and production of construction and installation drawings.

 Supply of electrical control instruments control and equipment.

 Supply of prefabricated precast wall panels.

 Supply of reinforced precast ground beam for new wall made of class 40 concrete

300mmx500mm.

 Mobilization of resources to site i.e. material, tools and machinery

ONSITE WORKS

SITE SETUP

 Site take over and planning meeting

 Approval of work methodology and work plan.

 Hoarding of the site.

 setting up a site office.

 SEPARATION OF CRANE AND PARTITIONING

 Setting out levels and lines for demolitions.

 Setting up of scaffolding for working at height.

 Carrying out demolition works on the existing walls.

 Carting away the removed materials to an area as directed by the engineer.

 Cleaning of the area prior to installation of the supplied precast walls.

 Installation of the pre-supplied precast ground beams.

 Carrying out fine finish on the entire area making them look well.

 Installation of the crane guide rails or girders.

 Installation of the pre-supplied crane.

 Training of the employer’s stuff on the operation and maintenance of the crane.

 Suppling the employer with the operation menu for easier operation of the crane.

 Carrying out electrical linkage between the existing crane and the new crane.

 Installation of the control panels and instruments to the crane.

 Inspection of works with the client.

 Attendance to the snag list.

 Testing and commissioning of the crane.

PROJECT TERMINATION

 Inspection testing and commissioning of the works.

 Attendance to snag list.

 Handing over the works.
