O R D E R:
In the reference 2nd cited above, Sri A. Gopal Rao, Chairman & Managing Director/NPDCL
has Requested for sanction of encashment of 30 days earned leave at his credit as on
20.10.2022.

2. As per the terms and conditions for Directors of DISCOMs issued in G.O. Ms. No.
111, Energy (PR-III) Department, Dated. 12.12.2005, the Directors of DISCOMs are entitled for
encashment of earned leave as applicable under the rules and regulations of State Government
Public Sector Undertaking.

3. Sri A. Gopal Rao, Chairman & Managing Director /NPDCL is having (90) days of
earned leave at his credit as on 20.10.2022 as per the leave eligibility certificate furnished by the
Pay Officer in the reference 3rd cited above.

4. After careful consideration, Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana

Limited hereby accord permission to Sri A. Gopal Rao, Chairman & Managing Director to
surrender earned leave for (30) days for encashment as on 20.10.2022 and draw cash equivalent
to salary and allowances in lieu of leave so surrendered.
