1. For you, What is the most important medical Discovery?
For me the most important discovery where the vaccines ,because with the
vaccines we are protected of a lot of diseases
2. Why are antibiotics not effective against the common cold?
They are not effective because we use to have cold and our body gets immune
and need a new antibiotic to help the cold ,because we use antibiotics regularly
3. Why are antibiotics effective against strep throat?
Because it kills the bacteria that cause an infection. Penicillin and amoxicillin
are common antibiotics healthcare providers use to treat strep throat.
4. What problem has overuse of antibiotics caused?
We can do bacteria’s resistant to antibiotics and be less effective, so then
people won´t have something against the bacteria or virus, they will begin to
die from them again.

My life in pandemic was very difficult because of the situation, some of my family died
,live a pandemic is not that easy as people could think until we live it, being in our
houses with no way no go out to be scared about having the disease because at first
the virus was very lethal and people need to have and extremely schedule of taking
pills. For the first three months I was worried and irritated with how this virus was
being handled. I thought for sure that this virus would infect me and my family. Every
time I spoke about it, I was told to just practice personal hygiene and social
distancing. Some days were very bored and exhausted having classes, studying, and
doing a lot of homework’s and having to do things in the house. Many people may
have mental health concerns, such as symptoms of anxiety and depression during this
time. And feelings may change over time. Despite your best efforts, you may find
yourself feeling helpless, sad, angry, irritable, hopeless, anxious, or afraid. Many of us
didn't feel motivated, or have the ability, to learn new things, take chances or have
adventures. I think the pandemia leaves me some anxiety and depression, I used to
have anxiety and I calm down with food. It was an unpleasant experience due to a
separation from loved ones, the loss of freedom, uncertainty about the disease
conditions and boredom. Also, the situation our country was having political, sanitary,
and economic problems.But after all, pandemia gave us also time with our family, time
we didn´t have before the pandemia.

Pandemia include that most people lost their job, family, stability talking about
economic and mental health people loose over the years we were in the quarantine.
