We are truly delighted to have each one of you onboard. We believe that you were all
selected to join the school because you have what it takes to impact our children’s
education and well-being. We are excited to start working with all of you!
In our intention to help you transition better to your new roles and responsibilities in NH,
we have prepared an induction and mentoring programme for all our new joiners with the
following aims:
• to enable you to understand better and assimilate with ease into the school’s
philosophy, ethos, culture and system and to observe good practices so that it can be
reflected in your own work later on,
• to give you full confidence that you will be able to meet the expectations of your
work and to enable you to make a full contribution, taking on all your responsibilities
as soon as possible,
• to foster positive relationships between existing and newly appointed staff and to
ensure continuity of a collaborative learning environment for all the teachers in NH
In this regard, we would like everyone’s presence during our planned induction and
mentoring programme slated on 4 – 6 July 2022 and the Beginning-of-Year Programme for
All NHJS Teachers on 7 – 8 July 2022. This programme marks the beginning of your learning
and growth journey with us. We will be with you in this journey and we hope that you will
open up your mind and fully immerse in the unlearning, learning, and relearning process.
As the induction is in just a few days from now, kindly refer to the summarised daily
