Senior Data Engineer – Mexico

Responsibilities

• Working on multiple projects to solve complex business challenges.


• Understand the marketing campaign management, and manage data pipeline for successful
campaigns.
• Establish data pipelines to migrate data from one platform to another.
• Propose appropriate solutions with an understanding of the limitations of toolsets and available
data.
• Manage the sourcing of data from multiple sources and conduct data audits
• Analyze and organize raw data
• Evaluate business requirements and objectives and provide recommendations
• Perform complex data analysis and report on findings
• Collaborate with marketing departments, data analysts, and Consultants on projects
• Analyze data from various sources to achieve meaningful data insights and supported by
qualitative reports.
• Developing data systems and pipelines.
• Interpreting trends and patterns.
• Exploring ways to improve data quality and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills to convey messages between technical & non-technical teams.
• Audit deliverable accuracy by critically reviewing data and reports against requirements.
Required Skills/Expertise

• Proficiency in SQL skills to analyze and optimize query is MUST


• Experience in Google Cloud Platform - BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage is MUST
• Data Integration experience is MUST
• Strong experience in data pipeline build & management is MUST
• Experience in application development using Python to manage the data pipelines is MUST
• Minimum 4-5 years of the IT or marketing database industry
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing with marketing across all channels such as database
marketing and CRM
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and
draw valid conclusions
• Proactively anticipating problems and keeping the team and management informed in a timely
manner.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal
supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Other Experience

• Experience with marketing automation tools.


• Experience in a consultative role.
• Experience in Python, CRM Analytics, Campaign Marketing, Analytics skills - Campaign Analytics
& Machine Learning.
