Assertion.
C. If Assertion is true but Reason is false.
D. If both Assertion and Reason are false.
7) Assertion : In molluscs, feather-like gills are present in mantle cavity.
Reason :These gills have respiratory and excretory functions.
8) Assertion: Metabolism is the sum total of anabolism and catabolism.
Reason : Diverse types of metabolic reactions occur simultaneously in a living organism.
9) Assertion : Cell junctions are present in the epithelium and other tissues.
Reason : Among cell junctions, adhering junctions help to stop substances from leaking
tissue.
