Sales Manager Role


Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

 Reporting to the Site Head and responsible for achieving Sales Revenue.
 Responsible for sales of the residential site through all verticals
 Handling the Channel and Direct Sales at the site, nurturing leads, negotiating
commercial terms & closing of the sale
 Ensuring site revenue targets are met month on month basis to achieve the yearly
targets.
Channel Sales:

 Market Research, competition tracking & analysis to activate a new channel partners
for the company
 Meet the targeted number of new additions to the channel partners database
every month/quarter
 Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners
 Develop a network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote
sales
 Manage daily routine calls for site visits and effectively plan the same
 Ensure organization of events and follow up with channel partners on site visits with
clients
 Delivering the CP activation and walk-in target on monthly basis
 Developing CP training module to ensure they deliver the best experience to the
customers.
 Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry
events
Direct Sales
 Attending Walk-ins and Closing the deals with the help of site head
 Strong follow up with customers to close the sales
 Delivering the collection target on monthly basis
 Good communication and presentation skills and ability to develop strong
relationships with clients
 Representing the company at Exhibitions, Trade Shows and Property Expos
 Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis, studying the trends and awareness of new
policies
pertaining to real estate/construction.
 Maintain frequent reviews and reports of the meeting with Site/sales head.
