NOTICE OF APPEAL

ACCUSED FRANCISCO CABULOY CASIL, by counsel, and

unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully gives notice that he
is appealing to the SUPREME COURT, both questions of fact and
law, the Decision promulgated on 29 March 2023 finding him
guilty for violation of Section 3 (e) of R.A. No. 3019, and the
subsequent Resolution of this Honorable Court denying his Partial
Motion for Reconsideration which was received on 07 July 2023.
Hence, the timeliness of this Notice of Appeal considering that the
15th day falls on a Saturday (July 22, 2023) and the succeeding
workday (July 24, 2023) was declared as non-working on account
of the President’s State of the Nation Address.
