- Lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) First of all, wash the vegetables and cut the lettuce leaves.

2) Then, slice tomatoes and cucumbers and shred carrots.


3) Next, put all the cut vegetables in a large bowl and mix them.

4) Add some salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
5) Last of all, mix the salad again.
