Based on the Training Needs Assessment conducted in Barangay Malainen Bago, Naic
Cavite, the main issues and concern of the Malainen Park Residences 2 is the problem of safety
and security. 23.33% or 98 out of 420 participants has issues on incidents of robbery. Socius Ot
- Omes (An Ally for All) created the project Seguridad ng Ka-Barangay Bantayan at
Pangalagaan: A Security Risk and Protection Seminar to assist the residents in the said
barangay in expressing their concerns and issues that are currently active in their community.
From the record of Barangay Inhabitants in December 2022, there is a total population of
14,637 individuals and there are 3,228 households.
This project will assist the residents as well as the officials to implement rules and
regulations for robbery and theft awareness. There are estimated 50 beneficiaries and their age
ranges from 20 to 50 years old. The group expresses their support to the residents' concerns by
regulating a project proposal for their instructors, and letter to barangay captain for seminar
implementation. The team utilizes a letter for assistance to the barangay chairman for the
materials, food for the speaker, and other important things that are needed in the project. The
proposed project will only be conducted in one day with full face to face.
The table below shows the objectives and expected outcomes and outputs of the
