3. Besides causing confusion, such misinformation can mentally exhaust individuals, leading to increased anxiety.

1. Verify the information presented in the media by checking multiple reliable sources.

2. Look for credible sources and check if the information is supported by evidence or if it is solely based on hearsay
or anonymous claims. Pay attention to any potential biases or agendas that may influence the content.

3. Look for signs of manipulation within the media itself. Pay attention to inconsistencies, such as unnatural
transitions, altered or mismatched audio, or visual distortions. If something appears too perfect or seems edited, it
could be a red flag for manipulation.

I gained new knowledge about "manipulated media" in the context of social media platforms, which involves

enhance my awareness of misinformation on social media by enabling me to detect when media has been tampered
with or manipulated to promote false narratives, empowering me to critically assess and verify the authenticity of
