FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

N.B. Fire Alarm brand shall be totally compatible with exisiting

building network and shall be from same supplier.

Supply, Install and connect fire alarm system complete with

detectors, sounders, monitored inputs/outputs, isolator, break glass,
cables, conduits, etc…

The connection cables between fire alarm control panel and fire
alarm detectors and break glass shall by fire retardant cables.

The connection cables between fire alarm control panel and fire
alarm sounders and monitored inputs/outputs shall be of fire
resistant type according to BS 5839, BS 6387 and BS 7629 CAT
CWZ.

The fire resistant cables are similar to PIRELLI FP 100, when

pulled in concrete embedded conduits or surface mounted metallic
conduits, and similar to PIRELLI FP 200 gold when directly fixed to
building structure.

The fire alarm system shop drawings shall be done in coordination

between the general contractor and the specialized team
responsible for the execution of the fire alarm system. Shop
drawings shall be prepared according to the schedule of the general
contractor. The same for the as built drawing. Commissioning to be
also according to general contractor schedule in the presence of the
consultant and Owner representative.INSTALLATION BY
