To install 1K Ohm resistor in order to disable INFI90 system power supply

monitoring system PFI signal

There is a power monitoring feature in the INFI90 power system, (Power fail
interrupt. A signal that causes active controllers to reset and the
communication system to be bypassed, when generated in the system by an out of
tolerance bus voltage.)
Stop all the main modules in the cabinet. This function is designed to keep
the main modules working normally. However, in the field often due to the wrong
action of PFI caused the entire power plant to shut down.
In order to prevent the abnormal shutdown the power plant due to the wrong
action of PFI, a remedy is recommended. The specific work contents are as
follows:
1. Prepare a 1 k Ω 1/2 w resistor, two pressure to splice line pressing
2. Pull out the PFI plug on the dc bus row and wrap it with insulating tape
3. To make good 1 kΩ resistor is connected to + 5 v dc bus and PFI

The purpose is to keep the PFI signal on the dc bus +5V at all times. Work is
done.

While completing the above work, it should be noted that the power system
should have fault alarm configuration on the loop. If necessary, an external
power fault alarm relay can be installed.
