his approach.

Yes there is definitely a gap of how manager see and what he thinks. He think that
he give lot of innovative ideas for company growth but in reality he does not
understand the hiearchy and directly discusses with global stakeholders without
discussing with manager. Moreover seniors felt he lacked indepth understanding of
ideas and did not approve most of his most of his ideas. But since he do not have
the prior experience of the corporate he does not understand the corporate ladder.
So through proper training he can be brought to a work as per corporate rules and
regulations.

2. Instruct Sanjay to schedule time before sending mails. Double check the mail
after the mail is scheduled to send. Avoid autofill in mail to avoid the mail sent
to wrong person. Be cautious while using the "reply all" feature and check whether
all person in the previous mail has to know the reply which Sanjay should send

3. It should be mandated thet if any error occurs or if anyone notices any errors
then it should be immediately informed his immediate reporting authority and he has
to take the responsibility to reduce the damage caused due to error as soon as
possible. HR should also inform that if anyone does not inform the errors to avoid
problems in short run then severe consequences will be taken to that particular
associate if it comes to know that particular person is already aware of the
mistake that has happened.

4. Sanjay might feel guilty on himself due to the error caused by him in sending
mail and also not reporting the error immediately when he know he has done error in
sending mail to avoid the delay in his promotion. But as a HR it is important to
make sure that he must he honest and avoid any shortcuts to get promoted. We should
remaind him that he is very hardworking, smart, sincere associate and has worked in
many critical projects which has lot of work pressure.So we should motivate him to
perform his work as before and provide his fullest effort with honesty and
sincerity.
