Task 1:

The line graph illustrates the price rate of entry to national parks in the country, while the bar
chart shows the number of visitors to national park. Both are during 2011 to 2018. Overall, the
price of entry to national parks increased significantly, the variation of the prices is more than
double. It can also see that the year with the greatest number of visitors to national parks is in
2017.
In 2011, the price of entry national park was approximately $8.00, it also had a significant
increase in 2015. However, over the following 7 years, this gap closed with the price of entry to
national parks of $15 in 2018.
More than 50 million is considered the greatest number of visitors to national parks in the
country. In fact, the figure mentioned is doble the start of the gap in 2011. However, the
variation of this with the last year of the graph is not very significant compared to other years.

Task 2:

The main function of government is to work for the development of people, in this case in
Colombia this means that the government should try to spend more money on situations that
improve people’s day to day lives. The most important thing for the governments it should be
education and health, Educations allows people to be trained to be useful in society and to
survive on their own and health ensures a healthy life and promote the well-being of all at all
ages.
On the one hand, they have to invest for students that don’t have possibilities to study because
they live very far or the institution is 3 hours from their house by transportation or possibly
walking, also build institutions of education, have more qualified people, helps to give them
somethings to study, invest in technology, make possibilities to study in universities and finally,
the government must motivate students and show them how important education is on our live.
On the other hand, I think the health it’s very important because everyone needs to have the
necessary care to maintain a dignified and healthy life, in many countries subdevelopment health
is terrible due to lack of hospital or the basic stuff, there are few hospitals and that is why they
are always full to serve all people and they need more specialists to help every need, however,
people pay taxes to have these two services.
To sum up, the education and health should be free for everyone also both things are very
important because they are a right, but all this is almost impossible because of the corruption that
exists and that we live day by day.
