Project Location And Plan
Project location is Near Khajuraho (Chitrai Village) 5-10 min Distance (by personal vehicle ). Place is
well connected with Khajuraho- Rajnagar By pass road. On the East Side of Project Area you can
see beautiful and Peaceful Datla Pahad and on the Right Side Beautiful Small Lake.

Features of Project

3. Nature Farm Surrounded area fencing will be provided.
4. We will help you in farming of Organic Fruits and Vegetable.
5. For Children swings/ Slides/ small physical activity place.
6. We will also help you in making thatched house.
7. Small Dairy Farm Will be developed.
I. In Surrounding of fencing farming of Same, Barbati, Turai, Lauki, Kaddu,
Karela, Padora, and Perwal Plant will be Done by Farming committee.
II. Farming of fruits and vegetable on each farm house plot will be done by
according to farm owner (share will be provided to owner).
III. Farming committee will grow organic fruits and vegetable in the middle of
farm house. We will sell organic fruits and vegetable to the farm house holder
first then anyone else.
• Thatching is the craft of building a roof with dry vegetation such as straw, water reed, sedge,
rushes, heather, or palm fronds, layering the vegetation so as to shed water away from the inner
roof. Since the bulk of the vegetation stays dry, and is densely packed - trapping air - thatching
also functions as a quite significant insulation material. It is a very old roofing method.
Procedure of owning Farm house in Nature Farm
I. You have to firstly register with farming
committee.
II. Registration fee should be summited to
farming Committee.
III. At the time of registration Photocopy of
Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Driving Licence with 3
passport size coloured photograph should be
submitted.
IV. All Payment Should be done before 19 October
2017 through Cheque and Cash Only. EMI
Option will not be Provided.
V. Incase of cancellation of registration only 50%
fee will be given to back to the beneficiaries.
VI. This information is purely conceptual and Not
a legal Offering. Further the promoters,
Architect reserve the right to
add/delete/modify and detail/ any
specification/elevation mentioned. No verbal
commitment accepted.
Terms and Conditions
I. Only 25% area of total area will be allowed from
bottom of plot for civil work.
II. Farm Maintainace fee will be charged by Nature
Farm Plot Holder every month.
III. Only thatched work on roof and ceiling will be
allowed.
IV. Farm house plot by plot holder can not be sell
without permission of Farming Committee.
V. Farming Committee reserve the right to take all
legal and necessary decision to change/ modify/
delete/ any details and specification.
VI. All Rules and Regulation will be apply by the
farming committee.
VII. Incase of violation of rules and regulation and
unrespectable behaviour of farm house holder.
Committee has right to take back farm house
plot. And membership can be cancelled within 1
month immediately.
