Letter of Intent

Having completed my Bachelor’s studies in Computer Science, my interest in the innovation of technology has
increased too much that I have been working eagerly to be an inventor and contributor to the world of
technology. I have done many types of research in the field, through which I have triggered Afghanistan's main
economic problems, and prepared my project – the stock market’s website – to address the problem through
the field of technology. I worked on my final project thesis and had the experience of using different research
methods. I programmed the stock market management system on a website using python Django framework
and also AI modules to predict the market trends, the research took me 1 year to accomplish the desired tasks
of the final project. After getting my undergraduate degree, I have had the opportunity to serve as a computer
instructor in Afghan-Turk Maarif Mazar-e-Sharif High School, teaching the basics of python programming and AI
Robotics. Besides software-based lectures and lessons, I was also involved in delivering practical hardware
programming using Arduino and Raspberry Pi microcontrollers. This encouraged me to do a research task with
robotics, and I have worked day and night to deliver high-quality classes for my students. I have prepared many
projects for the students to learn simple basics of robotics such as electro-Magnetic field detector (ghost
detector), intruder alarm sensor, automatic garden watering system, weather forecast robot, diabetes diagnostic
robot, and many more. My academic background and work experiences make me to feel confident in my
abilities for pursuing my graduate studies in Turkey. I see all the future of technology in computer engineering
and it will be my pride to prepare myself for the next generation of innovators and to share the knowledge with
my people. The governments of Afghanistan and Turkey have a long-standing friendship, and this friendship is
between the people of the two nations. Our religion is Islam and that is why our families allow us to study in
Turkey compared to other countries. Turkey and Afghanistan have similar cultures and traditions. In this sense,
I love Turkey as my second home because it does not feel foreign to me. Turkey is one of the world's leading
countries in terms of technology, and the Turkish teaching system can increase a student's knowledge to a
world-class level. Those who have studied in turkey and came back to Afghanistan is a role model for me
because they play an influential and effective role in our society. Ever since I started working with the Turks, I
have recognized the Turkish people as a symbol of humanity and I have enjoyed working with them. Because
most of the time I spent my internship with Afghans and got knowledge of their work environments and
organizational behavior. But I prefer the Turkish management system. They are the most appreciative people
on earth who appreciate the effective efforts of their employees.

When I was researching for my diploma defense project, I was motivated to absorb enough energy for my mind.
Because my research work was on the stock market and there was no similar system in Afghanistan for me to
meet closely with the competent authorities, so I had to collect the relevant theories from the internet and codify
them. I have since decided to make and initialize the stock market system inside Afghanistan. The stock market
can be a gate for industrial and agricultural growth of the market in Afghanistan and it will make it easy for
people to invest online. The main part of my objectives is to expand my knowledge and research about Turkey's
stock market and make up a system to meet and in the meantime acquire all market satisfaction and requisites.
Because I have a pre-knowledge of doing one-year research about AI and the stock market, I aspire to extend
my topic research about creating the stock market system using the latest technology and programming skills.
This system that I have in mind requires both hardware and software integration to be compiled as a unique
finance system. Previously I worked on stock market software system and I was wondering about a missing

finance system. Previously I worked on stock market software system and I was wondering about a missing
place of a unique hardware for the system. Now I see the graduate program of computer engineering as a
success key for this project that could fully utilize my career with such systems. Even this project is a beginning
step for me, after completing graduate program and accomplishing this project I would be able to create almost
any system solutions for my people and that would be my pride if I could serve my people with technology.
Through achieving this scholarship, I can acquire all desired skills and knowledge. I want to put my whole focus
and concentration on my research topic. With the help of the Turkey scholarship, I would be able just to stay
concise in learning and discovering the state of a scholar. This scholarship will provide me a peaceful and calm
environment in which I would be able to pay full attention to my MD journey.

The Stock Market System - Customized System Solution for Afghanistan Main Economic Problems and Issues

Whenever you see a global brand or company selling their products to almost everywhere in the world, also
look for their source of money because there is a lot of rich families and people and they are supporting the
brands and companies to be more qualitative and quantitively. My point as a citizen of a country is to bring a
positive message inside my own country, I see a lot of rich families and people of Afghanistan investing their
trust and capital inside foreign countries. With the knowledge and information, I may share, I am sure that there
is a chance for raising and developing our economy by investing in Afghanistan's trusted productive companies
and this will make Afghanistan self-sufficient of everything. According to world bank information on
Afghanistan's country context, short-term priorities include continued implementation of the business
environment and anticorruption reforms to improve private sector confidence, mobilize investment, and ensure
the confidence of the international community. Over the medium-term, reform efforts should focus on attracting
additional investment in the agriculture and extractive sectors, which have the combined potential to deliver
increased employment, exports, government revenues, and growth. To ensure that benefits of agriculture and
extractives led growth are maximized and widely shared, continued investment is required in human capital,
regional connectivity, expanded infrastructure, and an improved business regulatory environment. With this
information and capacity, there is a chance to build the stock market and led the capital growth to rescue the
unemployment concern of Afghanistan and speed up the development process of production. This is why there
is a potential for successful stock market trading in Afghanistan, and another reason is that there are still joint-
stock companies in Afghanistan, but there is no coherent environment to create investment opportunities for the
general public.

the study.)

To achieve the desired conditions, I need to have several types of research methods in my studies. First, I want
to research and monitor the Turkish stock exchange system and know how this system is managed by the
government and the private sector. After studying scientific articles and literature review of researchers on trade
and stock market industry, I will know how far the work has progressed and how my research can help other
researchers in the field. I also use library resources to understand the terms and rules of the stock market, and I
even get in-depth interviews from high-ranking public and private officials who are active in this field. In the next
steps, using the views of my research supervisor, I will arrange a complete data structure of the stock market
using a software and database. Continuing my research, I want to build a strong and secure hardware system
for stock market software so that I can produce it in Afghanistan, and I will finally succeed in my research by
obtaining the desired conditions. In my previous research, which I did during my bachelor's degree in computer
science, due to the lack of stock market in Afghanistan and lack of professional knowledge in this field, I could
not get a specific interview or meeting with anyone. But despite the many challenges to my research, I met
people whose ideas helped me to realize and create a stock market system, and whose theoretical ideas were
able to give me an idea of a structure. Also, articles and components of stock market researchers were included
in several websites, each of which I reviewed and strengthened my knowledge.

The stock market is individual research for me through which I can pave the way for a good business. I believe
that Afghanistan, which enjoys being a reliable friend of Turkey, needs to learn a handful of progressive tactics
from Turkey - both in diplomacy and developing technology for global benefits. As a computer scientist, I would
like to contribute my innovative ideas and knowledge to the development of research in Turkey and to society
by implementing my problem-solving skills and expertise into practice. I will do my best to be an asset to Turkey
and its society. In addition to the conducive environment that Turkey provides for study and research, I look
forward to discovering the best of Turkey's culture - especially the aspects that have made Turkey almost be the
world's top leading country in technology. Turkey's fundamental cooperation in the development of education in
Afghanistan has been going on for more than a century. I feel good to be able to serve my country through this
window and be a trained symbol and model of Turkey.

Ever since I started college at the undergraduate level, I have continued to learn the art of music and classical
guitar. I was constantly making good progress in both fields, for example, getting good grades in college and
matching great projects in each semester, and also learning advanced skills in the guitar field. I was constantly
wondering what would happen if one day I chose one from computer science and guitar art for the rest of my
life. I could never give a clear answer to this question because I had equal talent in both areas. Now I have
found the answer completely, which means that I can follow and apply both disciplines well because I know from
my previous experience that I have the power to do several things at once. Computer science enhances my
logic and knowledge, and because of this I make a living in my daily life, and the guitar, like soul food, gives me
mental energy and the spirit to advance hard work and wisdom.

I am a passionate reader who can read multiple general-purpose books, usually in computer science every subject
is upgrading itself providing more documentation and it is important to read them and update our knowledge. More
interesting I had a stock market project as my final project thesis for bachelor computer science which I have
triggered Afghanistan's main financial problems, I have read many theoretical and practical books to accomplish the
project. Besides science and technology, I am a professional guitarist and have experience of 6 years of playing
classical guitar music. I have participated two times in Afghanistan National Institute of Music capacity building
programs for individual artists. I also had a burning desire for playing football since I was a kid and pursued my way
from the beginning and found a place in Balkh selected team for 16th ages football team and I were quite
professional at that.
