AGREEMENT OF PARTIAL SETTLEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is borne out of settlement entered into by and between complainant, EDIBEL
MANUEL, of legal age, married and a resident of Mangga, Bunguiao, Zamboanga City, and Respondent,
ALEXANDER MARIANO, of legal age, married and a resident of the same barangay, and upon mediation
and conciliation efforts on the part of the Lupong Tagapamayapa,

witnesseth:

That it has been agreed by the parties that the respondent shall pay the amount of FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 5,000.00), Philippine Currency, unto the complainant on November 12, 2022 in
the presence of Barangay Officials and the Lupong Tagapamayapa;

That upon receipt of the payment, the complainant shall then cease and desist from her
complaint against the respondent and shall refrain herself and members of her family circle from talking
about this case or engaging in trial by publicity, further affecting the name and reputation of the latter;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this agreement is signed by both parties before the Lupong
Tagapamayapa and Barangay Officials of Bunguiao, Zamboanga city, this 5 th day of November 2022.
