Letter of Intent:

Greetings! I'm Vianca S. Iglesias, Bachelor of Science in Social Work running for third year
representative. I believe that this organization can create a lot of great opportunities and
experiences and can help aspiring youth leaders to shape their characters and become a better
citizen of this country.

It isn't easy to be a leader and student at the same time because being a leader entails a lot of task
and sacrifice. Self-discipline and time management is important. You can't be a good leader if
you aren't a good student. But from my experiences from my previous clubs and organizations,
I've managed to do all of my task as an officer and my responsibilities as a student.

One of my strengths is being a team player. It is one of the most important traits that a leader
must have. It can help everyone on the organization. I certainly believe that unity is needed and
if everyone can work as a team and with cooperation, together, we can do great things that will
benefit all the students.

A true leader understands the importance of being responsible for everyone.
