SUBJECT : Letter of Explanation on Delayed Submission of Billing.

Good Day!

First, we would like to say THANK You for giving us one (1) batch of scholar slot
for our registered program Rigging NC I. Appreciate the support you gave us to
our school.

Mainly, we received an email with attached NOTICE OF BILLING (NOB) dated

July 4, 2023.

We understand the policy should be implemented accordingly. Unfortunately, our

school registrar was on her SICK LEAVE since June 23, 2023. Because of this,
collating and compiling documents for billing affected and impede as she’s our
only staff doing the compilation.

We would like to apologize for what happened and rest assured that this will
never going to happen again.
