GPTA MEETING MINUTES

Date: March 11, 2022

AGENDA:
1. SSAT for the opening of Limited Face-to-Face classes for School 2021-
2022
2. Parents’ consent/permit

TIME STARTED: 8:03

The BOD Meeting started with a prayer by Dioscora Honayon, followed by the singing of the
National Anthem conducted by Ma’am Alera Fe Celetaria. Sir Michael A. Lumahang delivered his
message to welcome the parents.

The meeting proper started with the following Agenda:

1. SSAT for the opening of Limited Face-to-Face classes for School 2021-2022
It was discussed by Ma’am Raquel C. Batalla. She discussed what isSSAT or
School Safety Assessment Tool which needs to be accomplished in order for the
school to passed the evaluation and be awarded school safety seal. Maam Raquel
asked the support of the parents for the coming evaluation by having General
Pahina which was agreed by the parents.
2. Parents’ consent/permit
The parents’ will be distributed by the teachers to the parents. They must sign the
consent in order for their child to be included in the limited face to face class.
