I would like to express my interest in the above role, as Pastry Junior
sous chef. With the qualifications and experience detailed in my
attached resume, I am certain I would be the most suitable person
for the role.

In my current role as a Pastry chef at Mamalula Pastry shop in Lima


Peru, I have been able to showcase my technical skills when it
comes to food processing, baking and decoration. Working with
different types of recipes which in most of the cases i created to
fullfill the demands of the local Peruvian market. Mixing different
pastry tehcnical french procediures along with Peruvian food
customs. In adittion, this experience helped me with some other
skills like customer service and the costing of the new products that
i had to offer from time to time.

Having worked in the Hospitality industry for over four years, with
strong experience in different backgrounds of the industry such as
Pastry, Peruvian, French, Vegan cuisine and catering , I am confident
that should we have the opportunity to discuss this role further you
would find I am a strong candidate for this position.
