    COLLABDev is a technical support partnership initiative of USAID and Action for Economic

    Reforms that aims to promote human-centered data-driven development in the Philippines.


    One of its main components is the Data and Tech Alliance for Development (DATA4Dev) that aims
    to strengthen partnerships with relevant stakeholders both at the local and national level.
