Pua ~ SB Member RESOLUTION NO, 21-142 ‘A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE MUNICIPALITY OF INOPACAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE UNDER STATE OF CALAMITY WHEREAS, this Body is in receipt of Resolution No. 009 series of 2021 from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC), dated December 20, 2021 recommended to this August Body to declare the entire municipality under state of calamity due to huge damage to lifelines such as government infrastructure, residential, water system, mobile networks, power supply, agricultural sector, as well as private properties and establishments brought about by typhoon “Odette” that hit inopacan last December 16, 2021; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Rogelio D. Pua, Jr seconded by Honorable Andrew B. Dedal, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to deciare the Municipality of inopacan, Province of Leyte under state of calamity.
