AFFIDAVIT

I, Lucas J. Gloria , Filipino , of legal age, married and a resident of Brgy. Igang
Baybay City, Letye , Philippines , after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
the law, do hereby depose and say that :
1. I have personal knowledge that Mr. Conrado “ Boy” Polo bought a parcel of
lot in the year 2000 from Rodulfo Subayno situated in Brgy. Igang which is
adjacent to the land where we build our residence at the same time we
tenanted;

2. In that same year Mr. Polo as the new owner had the land planted with
coconut trees by , Jojo ( Mr. Polo’s farm worker ) and my brother Mateo
Gloria ;

3. As far as I can remember the seedlings of coconut trees planted in that parcel
of land came from Kananga, Leyte;

4. In 2004 , the parcel of land being referred above was sold to Mr. Mrs. Manuel
Chan;

5. The spouses Chan allowed to have the land tenanted by Mr. Andres and
Caring Etes ;

6. Andres and Caring Etes used to hire me to harvest the coconut trees ;

7. When Mrs. Caring Etes died , Mr. Gil Etes took the place and still hired me
during coconut harvest as I do my living in climbing coconut trees ;

8. When Mr. Rolando Etes arrived from Manila he took over Gil Etes and
assumed as tenant , they even had a mis understanding regarding their
status as a tenant because Mr. Rolando simply replaced Gil without
informing the farm owners ;

9. Upon the assumption of Mr. Rolando , he would harvest the coconuts not
every three (3) months unlike Mr. Gil Etes but there were times every one and
a half months ;
 10. I even told Mr. Rolando that the owners would surely get angry over this
situation, and he simply answered , no , there will be no problem at all;

Pagkamatay ni nang Caring gipulihan cya sa iyang anak nga c Gil Etes og ako
gihapon ang suhulan niya sa pagkupras niini. Iya kining koprason kada 3 ka bulan og
ang abot niini mokabat sa 500 – 800 kabook o naa sa 167 kgs to 267 kgs dipindi sa
panahon.
Sa 2016, ming uli ang kinamagulangan nga igsoon ni Gil Etes nga c Rolando Etes
gikan sa Manila og iya gipulihan ang iya igsoon sa pag atiman sa mga lobe. Mora gani
og nagkabingkil cla pag puli niini. Sa dihang c Rolando Etes na ang nag bantay, ako
gihapon ang suhulan pag copras, piro imbis nga 3 ka bulan coprason iya kini ipa copras
inig abot of 1.5 months, ako gani cya gi ingnan dili kaha masuko ang tag-iya ani? Ingon
ciya way problema ang tag-iya. Ang ako ma copras aning panahona bisan pa 1.5 month
lang moa bot sa 1100 ka book o 367 kgs. Naundang lang ang pagsuhol nako niadtong
2020 sa dihang nagbutang sa c sir peter ampac sa iyang mga manok sa yuta kay dili
naman niya ipa landa kon dili iya ibaligya og tinibook nga ang buyer na ang magsaka,
ang iya trabajo mag ihap nalang sa lobe pagkarga sa sakyanan. Kini ra tanan ako
masulti. Daghang salamat..
