COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT
We , Spouses EDMUND and LORNA BAYHONAN of legal
ages, Filipinos and residents of Brgy. Tinago , Inopacan, Leyte,
under oath, hereby depose and say, That:

1. We have a son named VAN CRES BAYHONAN who is a

licensed pharmacist and presently a medical student;

2. My son tried making dishwashing soap and initially put

his name on it as its temporary brand name;

3. We attempted to sell that dishwashing soap in our St Jude

Thaddeus Store in Inopacan Public Market ;

4. Sometimes we post our items in INOPACAN ONLINE

PUBLIC MARKET ;

5. We have a Facebook account but

6. __________Mr. Rayan M. Carr who is my friend in

Facebook and also an FB friend of Mr. HAROLD FLORES
PANAL , told me that Harold or Sebbharold Sebastian Yu
Flanco posted in his wall, the full text went this way ;

7. A copy of the screenshot of the abovementioned post of

Mr. Harold Panal is hereby attached as Annex “B” its
contents are incorporated herein and formed part of this
COMPLAINT – AFFIDAVIT by way of reference ;

8. Mr. Harold F. Panal or Sebbharold Sebastian Yu Flanco is

accusing us as the holder of the dummy account named
JOAN BISNAR ;

9. To satisfy the element of identifiability, the Dishwashing

Soap name VANS as part of the post of Mr. Harold F.
Panal or Sebbharold Sebastian Yu Flanco refers to us
because he knew that we are selling that product with
exact name

10. In Harold’s term “So mga katawhan kaila ana gyud mo

KINSA ang tinood JOAN BISNAR (haha) FLIP manang
tawhana (ahw!) sabagay kirig kirig man pod lagi gamay
may saltik nahala here HE/SHE comes A.K.A “ JOAN
BISNAR” marketer… Italics and underlining supplied ,
accusing using dummy account is imputing us with a
crime , FLIP , kirig kirig these are attributes of defects of a
person;

12.To satisfy the element of identifiability, Mr. Harold Panal

or Sebbharold Sebastian Yu Flanco included in his post the
picture of our Dishwashing Soap named VANS ;

13.must be shown that at least a third person or a stranger

was able to identify the subject as the object of the
defamatory statement ( Kunkle v. Cablenews- American ,
42 Phil 757 (1922
14.I ask Mr. Rayan M. Carr to send to send that post to me so
I can repost it can defend myself because he made it
appear that I have a dummy account named JOAN
BISNAR , and to aware the public that I am not JOAN
BISNAR and Harrold made it appear.
