AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF SALE WITH LOT IDENTITY

I , PAULINA CERDEŇA DANOFRA, Filipino , widow , of legal age and
resident of Brgy. Tinago , Inopacan, Leyte , after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with the law, do hereby depose and say that :
1. I am the surviving spouse of PRUDENCIO DANOFRA ;

2. My husband owned a parcel of land designated as Lot 787 , situated at San

Roque St. Poblacion, Inopacan, Leyte with an area of 220 square meters ,
declared in the name of DANOFRA PRUDENCIO for real property taxation
with Tax Declaration No. 08 16001 00221 and particularly bounded as follows

North : National Road South : Canal Drainage

East : Lot No. 788 West : Lot 786;

3. The same lot was conveyed by our my husband during his lifetime to
Spouses RENATO AND SERGELINA INOCENTE ;

4. As the surviving spouse and heir of PRUDENCIO DANOFRA , I confirm

that the abovementioned parcel of land I have no interest thereon;

5. I confirm to the previous sale made by my husband and I am executing this

affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS THEREOF , I have hereunto affixed my signature this June 15,
