CREDIT AGREEMENT AND PROMISSORY NOTE

THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT AND PROMISSORY NOTE, is made this 10 th day of July,
2023, by (hereinafter, known as “LENDER”) and
(hereinafter, known as “BORROWER”).
BORROWER and LENDER shall collectively be known herein as “the Parties”. In
determining the rights and duties of the parties under this Credit Agreement.

PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, BORROWER promise to pay to the LENDER the amount of
ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 100,000.00) as full payment within the period
of (2) two years from the date of signing of this agreement, if the BORROWER unable
to pay in the prescribed period the collateral land is considered the full payment of
BORROWED money.

COLLATERAL

As collateral for payment of Borrowed money, BORROWER agrees to give collateral

land 200 sq. meters from my shares on the actual partition of TAX DECLARATION NO.
5521, and the description of land 10 meters facing new road and 20 meters facing sea.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF and acknowledging acceptance and agreement of the

foregoing, BORROWER and LENDER hereto affixed our signature on 10 th day of July,
2023, Surigao del Norte, Philippines.
