1.Identify the job vacancy
We are the HR manager of “SONY TRADING GROUP” . Due to Covid-19
situation we have been in locked dawn since march 17,2020.This corona
situation is increasing day by day and if it continues like this, our company
will be shut down. So we have decided that we will run the company at
home with online facilities. For this , we need web designers and web
developer to create this website.

So we have to Recruit 10 web designer and developer.


2.Job description:
Job Type: Web Design and Development.

Job Experience: 50+ Complete deals in Freelancer with payment proof.


Must have verified google fiver account, PayPal Mastercard.

Workplace: Work from home.

Pay: Negotiable.

Hours: 10

Conditions of work: High secure work and it doesn't leak.


Web Designer:

The employee responsible for the design and layout the website. They
are involved with the technical and graphical aspects of a website;
how the site works and how it looks.

Web developer
The employee is responsible for builds and maintains the core
structure of a website . They also host the website in goggle server.
They can also be involved with the maintenance and update of an
existing site.
What skills does need to have?

4.Data collection from web site‍

We use a data collection software that computerized system for


the collection and storage of qualitative and quantitative data in an
electronic form. The benefits of using data collection systems is
that they eliminate the use of paper surveys and allow data to be
quickly accumulated for data analysis and reporting.
5.Shortlist Application
It would be too costly and time-consuming to
interview every candidate that applied for a position
so a shortlist is made to reduce the number of
candidates who will be interviewed. so we will use a
search engine to quickly pick out the profile best
suited to the candidate job description.
6.Set up interview
Due to the covid-19 situation, we have decided our interview conduct
in online.

we preferred a video chat tool is Zoom. If you do not have a Zoom


account, please visit the Zoom website to set one up. A virtual
Private Network (VPN) connection is not required. Video chat is also
available through Skype for Business.
7.Techniques to Conduct an Effective Interview
1. Choose where to hold the interview
2. Prepare a list of interview questions in advance
3. Carefully review the candidate’s resume
4. Interviews should be conversational, not confrontational
5. Explain the interview process and next steps
6. Take objective notes and record responses.

check
We have to Investigate the candidate's background to verify that
information on the application form is correct and accurate. Past
behavior is the best predictor of future behavior.

Personal reference checks may provide additional insight into the


information furnished by the applicant and allow verification of its
accuracy.
9.Final Selection and Appointment Letter

When the candidate has successfully passed interviews and the employee is sent
or emailed an appointment letter, confirming his selection to the job .
This is the final step in the selection process.
