JOB SUMMARY

CMA Healthcare Complex is a comprehensive provider of laboratory testing, radiology


services, pharmacies supply chain and consultants, expert medical interpretation of specimens
and innovation in diagnostics technology plays an essential role in the quality and safety of
patient care by providing accurate diagnosis and treatment information to caregivers and
patients.

CMA Healthcare Complex employee works under the general supervision of their manager or
supervisor and may assist in the training of junior and new joining staff. Under supervision,
the employee is able to complete competency based training checklists to maintain. The
incumbent may teach advanced skills while maintaining efficient and friendly customer
service. Unusual circumstances or problems are referred to senior staff.

Healthcare Centre Manager:

1. Daily Responsibilities:
 Champion Observational Coaching Routines for the Medical Complex and
provide effective feedback to Centre management teams and employees to
reinforce importance of “client top of mind” at all times

 Scheduled employees to ensure customers are taken care of properly


 Monitoring budgets and preparing reports makes recommendations to top
management. Maintained the successful execution of the budget.
 Maintaining medical and staff records
 Tracking medical and office supplies
 Update patient health records, including admissions and insurance data
 Make sure performance of emergency first aid as necessary.
 Recognize the need for patient medical assistance and call for the correct
Response Team to properly assess and care for the patient.
 Create work schedules for staff members
 Keep records of expenses and suggest ways to minimize costs
 Answer queries from doctors, nurses and patients
 Liaise with medical staff to identify efficiencies in the facility’s operations
 Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulation.

 Provided access to facilities and enforce visiting regulations. Ensured that only
scheduled personnel are in the area at any given time
 Ensured assigned facility complied with building, safety, and health codes and
standards.
 Assisted in developing and implementing divisional operating policies, standards, and
procedures.

 Monitor cleaning duties as assigned by management.
 Properly documented scheduled checks (sign charts, make note of problems, and root
cause analysis of them).

2. Assigned Duties And Responsibilities:


 A flexible approach to work, hours of work, and be prepared to work additional hours
from time to time
 Oversaw facility functions, building compliance audits, counted inventory to help
prevent loss and file reports for monthly and quarterly tax purposes.
 Counted money to ensure proper deposits were made along with the proper level of
change.
 Led proactively by identifying trends, potential areas of growth and weakness, and
addressed these areas in order to positively position the Complex within the geographic
market.

 Raise/Generate request for routine and periodic preventive maintenance and space
allocation for new installation of any devices/equipment/server/storage/switches etc in
the medical complex
 Constant monitoring of incidence occurrence and approved change implementation for
seamless delivery with zero down time as priority

3. Training and Competency Testing Responsibilities:


 Coordinated training/onboarding for all new hires.
 Conducted training sessions to communicate policies and procedures; share best
practices and promote teamwork within the complex
 Provide training support for other employees as needed
 Manage records for all trainings within the medical complex

The incumbent will maintain patient confidentiality at all times and will ensure the comfort
and safety of patients. The incumbent will communicate patient problems to the clinical staff
including clarification of orders and patient status. The incumbent will work closely with
management or lead staff to resolve problems.
Organizational skill and ability to prioritize the tasks is essential to successful performance.
Attention to detail and reliability are required to ensure proper functionality of complex. Good
communication skills are required during interaction with clinical staff and physicians.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Business Administration or
related field

Work Preferred  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital/medical
