    WHEREAS, that in May 15, 2003, she united all Cosmetic Sur geons per for ming
    Liposuction in the Philippines through the legalization of the ORGANIZATION NAME
    under SEC Registration No. CNXXX XXXX.

    WHEREAS, she singlehandedly brought the ORGANIZATION NAME to the


    global stage by holding an international convention on the very first year of the Socie-
    ty’s conceptualization.

    WHEREAS, that she has the foresight to plan and created a multifaceted soci-
    ety, one that shares knowledge between members, amplifies the voice of its members
    with the lawmakers and decision makers, and facilitate Cosmetic Surgeons in work-
    ing together as an industry.

    BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the cur rent officer s and Boar d of Director s of the
