MEAN
From the table and graph we observe that for the age in Group-A which has 15 subjects the
average score is 58.867 and SD is 4.438, similarly in Group-B which has 15 subjects the
average score is 58.333 and SD is 5.094, corresponding calculated unpaired t-value is 0.306
and p-value is 0.762 > 0.05. Hence it shows that there is no significant difference in the
group’s average scores, so the mean age group in both the groups is approximately same.

From the table and graph we observe that for the parameter of Oxford in Group-A which has
15 subjects, their pre-test average score is 2.5 and SD is 0.463, similarly in post-test average
score is 3.033 and SD is 0.442, corresponding calculated paired t-value is -16 and p-value is
0.00 < 0.05.
Table value at 95 % level of significance with 14 degrees of freedom is 2.145. Since p-value
is 0.00 < 0.05, it is significant that pre-test to post-test Oxford score is increased, which
means pelvic floor strengthening has been effective in improving oxford.

From the table and graph we observe that for the parameter of UDI in Group-A which has 15
subjects, their pre-test average score is 35.86 and SD is 2.761, similarly in post-test average
score is 25.927 and SD is 3.302, corresponding calculated paired t-value is -12.163 and p-
value is 0.00 < 0.05.
Table value at 95 % level of significance with 14 degrees of freedom is 2.145. Since p-value
is 0.00 < 0.05, it is significant that pre-test to post-test UDI score is decreased, which means
pfm strengthening has been effective in decreasing urinary symptoms.
