 Out of God’s love, man was created out of God Himself in his own image and
likeness. Every part of our body is of God. Taking good care of it can nourish our
body to be healthier and active. If we are healthy and active, we can enhance our
talents and skills. A firm understanding of body will shape our thoughts and
deeds for good because God made us in the image of Him and that made us
special.

1. Showing respect to others
2. Praying and going to church
3. Helping those in need
4. Pray for other people
5. Join school activities that can nurture your talent and skills.
