1. HOTEL (ACCOMODATION)
 Role- based governance tool;
 Revenue management tool: To analyse variety of data including internal and
external data and client demand in order to effectively manage pricing and
inventory.
 Central reservation software: it enables real-time inventory and pricing
management for your hotel, allowing for more effective management of
reservations and that go along with them.
 Property business management: allows hotel staff to quickly and easily access
data, automate processes, and provide personalised to their guest.
 Business intelligent tool: helps managers to run your hotel more efficiently by
analysing various data available.
2. TRANSPORTATION (AIRLINES)
 Indoor positioning systems: they are able to tag luggage so travellers can how
long their baggage will take to arrive.
 Beacon Technology: they are used simplify airport navigation for passengers, as
seen in retail sectors.
 Smart check-in: self-service check-in and mobile check-in are popular methods
of checking in for flight, to avoid long queues at the airport check point.
 Facial Recognition Technology: uses facial recognition to identify passengers
and match their photos against an airport database.
 Autonomous flight control: helps the aircraft fly more efficiently with less fuel
and as per their preset route.
3. FOOD AND BEVERAGES
 Liquid level sensor: They are used for in-line monitoring and control of the food
preparation.
 Restaurant customer relationship management: They are used to manage the
relationship and interaction with customers and potential customers.
 Point of Sales System: it allows the restaurant to keep track of sales and accept
payment from customers.

card payment.

when something needs to be refilled.
