Subject: MFOOD Checklist
1. At the termination of my tour of duty as Midshipman Fitness Officer of the day (MFOOD), for
the period _______________ to _______________the following reports was rendered:

a. Report to the Officer of the Day together with my relief for proper posting and relieving
at H.
b. Inspect all returned athletic equipment and materials to ensure that they are
serviceable and in good condition.
c. Turned off all lights and all doors of the Athletic Complex are locked
before retiring at night.
d. Immediately notify the Administrator/Director or DMA/Officer of the Day (OOD) in case
of an unusual incident, accident, or emergency in the Athletic Area.
e. Enforce discipline, proper conduct, and the proper observance of regulations when
engaging in any sports activities.
f. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the athletic supply room and the Athletic
complex.
g. Relieved all his/her duties to the incoming Midshipman Officer of the Day (MFOOD).
h. Facilitated and accounted for midshipmen/staff entering the gymnasium to avoid
overcrowding inside the gymnasium.
i. Wore proper uniform at all times.
j. Made sure that all midshipmen or staff entering the weights room have logged in and
out to the weights room log book.
k. Inspected the condition of gymnasium and weights room equipment after
midshipmen/staff have used it.
l. Made official reports for any damaged or lost equipment during his/her tour of duty.
m.Transmitted to my relief all instructions and orders that I have received from proper
authorities.
n. Reported all midshipmen (including myself) for violations of orders and regulations and
all other acts inconsistent with the moral standards of the Midshipmen Fleet that came to
my attention during my performance of duty.
o. Faithfully performed my duties to the best of my ability.
p. Maintained my dignity as a guard.
