can only fret. “Meghan is

says a source close to
the newlywed. “There’s
no way she can have a
relationship with him or
even reach out to him to
stop him from speaking.
She knows he’ll record
the conversation and sell
it. She has high anxiety
wondering if this will go
on forever.” Puzzling over
the problem has brought
one bright spot, however
— an unlikely allegiance
with Queen Elizabeth II.
“What may surprise some
is just how supportive Her

the LA.-born actress and activist,
who became the newest member of
the House of Windsor when she wed
Prince Harry, 33, in May. “While
Meghan and the queen come from
two very different backgrounds
and generations, there’s a warmth
between the two that’s genuine and
loving,” says the palace insider.
The world first witnessed their
bond on June 14 when they whis-
pered and laughed during their
first solo outing together; but the
affection had long been established
behind the scenes. “Whenever they’re
together, they always have a giggle,
and Her Majesty seems to really
enjoy hearing Meghan’s thoughts on
the world,” shares the insider.

Balmoral
When Harry, Meghan, Wil-
liam and Kate visit the queen
at her summer home, Balmoral, as
they did at the end of August, tra-
dition awaits! At the Scotland
property, explains a source, up to

con, eggs and smoked salmon in
the royal dining room, while ladies
take trays of fruit in their rooms.
