Reference: Requesting for Time Extension

The above construction has been carried out by CECB since 11 th November 2016 and the
construction period will be lapsed on 11 th of November 2019. Therefor we would like to draw
your attention for following reasons which will be able to grant the time extension

04 Project delay due to the Easter Sunday Terrorist Attack 60

Delay occurred due to additional work of construction of storm water

Delay occurred due to the interruption to movements, access and excavation

It is regretted to inform you that, still we are experiencing the delaying of interim payments
and it will be caused to further extending of project completion date.

Therefore, we shall be obliged if you grant time extension by 30 months duration and your
positive consideration would definite urge us to complete the construction to fulfill your
requirements.
