NARRATIVE REPORT ON DELIVERY AND DISTRIBUTION OF DCP 2021 PACKAGES

Meysulao Elementary School is one of the recipients of DCP 2021 Packages delivered on
November 7, 2022 by Transpac Cargo Logistic Inc. The Package includes the following:
1. 5pcs laptops
2. 5pcs HDD
3. 5pcs headsets
4. 5pcs wireless mouse and mousepad
5. 5pcs laptop bags
6. 1pc USB
It was received in good condition and with a complete set of accessories. It will be very useful,
especially in doing school reports, webinars, and presentations of the lesson to classes.
