Attendance to WRP Online Activities

The pandemic has brought out different agendas and issues to my life. It hindered me to
get up and stay active and continue doing the thing that I love the most, which is dancing. I have
been loving the art of dance since I was a small kid, it gives me energy and shows me my
strength. The past few months, I have been feeling kind of lazy, maybe because I lack interest on
doing any physical activities that may bring back the energy in me. When I saw that there are
already activities from the WRP course, I did not wait a second to enter and attend a session,
with non-other than Ms. Aleli Arceo, she brought me back to my senses with some trendy music
together with groovy dance steps. It’s all fun again because I have danced yet again. I realized
that you just need a flick or a sign for you to start again, because if you really love something, it
won’t fade away, and you must find a way to prevent it from fading away. From then, I arranged
random dance classes, trying out genres that are not my forte, just to widen up my skills and
build experience to develop how I dance, because in reality, due to me slacking up these past few
months, I already find it hard to move and groove, therefore these classes really help me. I also
had days wherein I jog and ride a stationary bike to make myself be familiarized with the
rhythm, the breathing needed and be less likely to inhibit a difficulty of breathing, because I tend
to experience those a lot during the time I forgot how to move to the beat of the music. I learned
to be free to move again after the session with Miss Arceo. It really helps my nerves to be alive
again. I would like to attend more of he classes again.
